What you will be doing

As Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning the Milestones of our maritime projects, for instance in the yachts or the Marine and Government sectors. You will be in contact with, among others, the engineers, (technical) project managers, chief executives and of course your other colleagues of the planning department. As the central point in the planning process, you process all progress in the project planning. Your project planning in turn contributes to how the resource allocation and possible path is determined by your colleagues.

This role in brief:

Communication
You liaise with all stakeholders, both internal and external.

Retrieve
You proactively retrieve the necessary information to create accurate reports.

Processing
Processing the data into the project's planning processes.

Maintain
You maintain and, where necessary, improve templates.

Analyse
Periodically, you analyse updates in the planning, and provide accurate nudges to other stakeholders.

Salary
€ 3400 - € 4700 based on full-time employment.

Who you are

You are looking forward to working on large and long-term projects. You have a background and experience in a project organisation, or you are a young professional who quickly understands processes and how projects are structured. Communicating with different stakeholders is not a problem for you. In addition, you can look ahead and have no trouble to anticipate on (unexpected) changes in the planning.
With your knowledge and skills, you help to bring these projects to a successful conclusion in a streamlined manner.

This requires:

MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level;
Experience within a project organisation;
Preferably experience with Microsoft Projects and Primavera;
Availability of 40 hours per week;
Your cooperation in applying for a special V.O.G.
