What are you going to do ?

As HR Service Centre Coordinator, you are the functional supervisor of three colleagues and, together with them, ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and are continuously improved. Whether it's the administration you carry out around inflow, transfer or outflow, absenteeism or training: your work has direct impact.

What you will do:
  • Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor activities within the HR Service centre;
  • Coaching and supporting team HR Service centre: with questions and problems, such as payroll administration, laws and regulations, collective labour agreement and absenteeism;
  • Develop and increase the required knowledge and skills of the support team;
  • Administration management: Of HR documentation, contracts, personnel files and HR reports;
  • You pick up project-based themes and see opportunities in process optimisation and the implementation of laws and regulations;
  • You follow trends and developments in HR technology and translate these into practical improvements in our services and in the HR system;
  • You work together with managers, employees and specialists to further professionalise our HR support;
  • Consult and coordinate with cooperation partners (payroll, pension) on personnel matters such as terms of employment and administration.


You will become part of an international enthusiastic team of 20 driven professionals with HR business partners, Recruiters, Flexible workforce, Internal Communications, HR officers and the manager HRM.

Who are you ?

The HRM team is developing rapidly, which offers scope and growth prospects in many ways.
Not only do you bring a fresh perspective, but you also like to roll up your sleeves. You are good at working independently and you understand that in this role, cooperation is essential for success. You know how to find your way in the dynamics of our team and organisation tactfully and with empathy. You have strong communication skills, are customer-oriented, clear and have a helicopter view. You are energetic and have a can-do mentality. You have a sense of perspective and humour!

In addition:
  • Number of years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • You are preferably available for 32-40 hours;
  • A completed Bachelor's degree in HRM or similar;
  • Knowledge of HR systems, labour law and payroll;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Communicative skills in Dutch and English;
  • Accurate.
