Chief technician Ben Terwindt has been working at Alewijnse for 49 years. He started in 1973 with a group of trainee electricians on a learning-working journey. In the meantime, Ben is approaching retirement age, but he is far from finished with his work on our projects.

Automation Engineer Sven has joined Alewijnse for the second time. He started in 2016 and made a move to another company in 2019. When he received a call in 2021 asking if he would like to come over for a coffee, he immediately responded.

Daniel has been working for Alewijnse since he was 19 years old. After graduating from the local university, where he studied Electrical Engineering, Daniel started at Alewijnse’s panel building workshop in Galati, Romania. Now 35 years old, he would like to share how he progressed to become an Electrical Production Supervisor.

Meet our colleague Ioana Gosav. She is one of the trainees at our training facility in Galati, Romania. She was working for a cleaning company when she heard that Alewijnse opened the registration for an electricians training. “I didn’t have any prior training or knowledge in this field, but I wanted a change and learn something new.”
