Hardware Engineer Lighting en Safety - Maritime

What are you going to do ?

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete design of luxury lighting (domotics) and safety systems on board luxury yachts. You will make the design based on for example customer specifications and class requirements.

What you will do:

• You are in the lead to make the designs, including necessary calculations, based on the customer requirements and applicable regulations;
• You will align the functionality and locations of all lighting and safety systems with the client and the interior supplier and incorporate this into the electrical drawing package;
• You work within the budget and according to the project planning.

Who are you ?

You are a full-time Hardware Engineer with an eye for detail, who also oversees the big picture. You enjoy working in a team and take a proactive approach.

What do you need:

• You have a HBO degree in electrical engineering;
• You have several years of experience as a Hardware Engineer.
