Tijssen Elektro is now Alewijnse
We combine the best of two worlds
The integration of Tijssen Elektro within the Alewijnse Group is entering the next phase. As of 1 January 2026, all administrations of Tijssen Elektro B.V. will be discontinued, and the business activities will be continued under the name Alewijnse Netherlands B.V.
The merging of the Tijssen Elektro entities with the Alewijnse Group marks an important milestone in the integration process between both organizations. Since the acquisition on 1 June 2023, we have been joining forces to further strengthen the yachting sector and continue delivering high-quality service to all types of yachts between 30 and 130 meters.
By combining the entities, we will be able to serve our customers in the yacht segment even better. Our combined capabilities have expanded, allowing us to develop more innovative solutions for increasingly complex projects. In addition, our processes will now run more efficiently, flexibly, and quickly, from a single unified organisation.
The integration means that all activities of Tijssen Elektro B.V., Tijssen Elektro AV Systems B.V., and Tijssen Elektro Zeeland B.V. will henceforth be carried out under Alewijnse Netherlands B.V.
