Alewijnse Marine Vietnam

Alewijnse Vietnam has extensive experience in the delivering of a full range of electrical packages and services that covers the design, engineering, installation, integration and maintenance of all types of electrical and electro-mechanical systems. The company has worked on a wide range of fishing trawlers, tugs and workboats in the region, as well as on sophisticated vessels for the Vietnamese and Australian governments. To meet the demand for its expertise, in early 2018 Alewijnse Marine opened a new production facility in Haiphong, Vietnam, for high-quality switchboards and panels.

Latest project

The most recent project delivered by Alewijnse is the full electrical installation for the new-build fishing trawler Atlantic Titan at the Ha Long Shipyard. The ultra-modern fishing vessel is the first of an order for the electrical fit-out of three fishing boats that Alewijnse Marine has received from the British company Shipbuilding Asia Ltd UK. Alewijnse has delivered a complete electrical installation and integration package for the Atlantic Titan and her two sister-ships. “We have designed and supplied almost all the electrical equipment on board, including the switchboards and consoles”, Alewijnse Vietnam Director Daniel Pop explains. “In addition, we were responsible for the supervision and commissioning of all the electrical systems.”

At the INMEX Vietnam show, Alewijnse’s team of experts will welcome visitors to the stand to discuss their electrical goals for the future and the contribution that Alewijnse can make to ensure that they are achieved. The team will be available throughout the show to answer questions regarding specific electrical systems as well as to discuss requirements ranging from system integration to automation and local content issues. Alewijnse Marine International Director Pieter Smit, Alewijnse Marine Vietnam Director Daniel Pop, Business Unit Administrator Daniela Pop, Purchasing & Logistics Manager Viet Nguyen and Sales Manager Viet Luong will all be there to discuss the latest technologies and recent deliveries, and the company’s future plans in Vietnam and across South East Asia.
