What you will be doing

As a Project support officer, you will join our team that works behind the scenes to ensure that your colleagues can work even more efficiently. Your work keeps everything up-to-date, and we get the Dutch proverbial cliché “many hands make light work”, although in this case it is true! With your efforts, everything keeps running smoothly and projects stay on course. You will work at our office in Zierikzee, but once you can work more autonomously, a day at home is a possibility as well.

This role in a nutshell:

Taking action
You will support your colleagues at various points so that everything is kept in order.

Price listing processing
You process price lists for the purpose of item management in order to calculate everything about purchases, sales, and discounts.

Data processing
In our transition to the further implementation of automation, you will help process data for the engineering listings.

Project support
As project support, you will assist in project coordination and work preparations.

Tenders support
To have everything correct on paper, you support colleagues in making more/less work tenders.

Salary
€ 2950 - € 3700 based on full-time employment.

Contract
We offer you a contract until the end of 2024, with the possibility of renewal.

Development
Through personal training and where you want to develop yourself further, we will help you realise this.

CLA
You enjoy the terms of employment according to the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement for the Metal and Engineering Industry.

Pension
For your future, you will build up a pension with a scheme via the PMT.

Free time
Per year, you get 25 days off and another 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.

Who you are

You have some experience in administrative work support in projects. You know how to handle yourself easily, and a logical approach to your work is not something you are unfamiliar with. One of your preferences is to work in a team, where you work together in an accurate manner.

What you need for this role:
  • MBO level of working and thinking;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Communicatively proficient in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
