If you own an electrical or electromechanical system, you must be able to demonstrate that it complies with the relevant standards. Such a system may, unknown to you, represent a hazard if it is overloaded or used in an inappropriate fashion. This may lead not only to breakdowns and loss of precious production time, but may also put the health and safety of your employees at risk. After an inspection by Alewijnse in conformity with Dutch standard NEN 3140 (Health & safety requirements on electrical systems), you will have a full picture of the health and safety performance of your system. Our inspection report can be used (in the Netherlands) to satisfy the factory inspectorate that your system is in good working order.

The inspection is carried out by trained, authorised specialists. Important elements of this inspection are a visual check on earthing devices and the risk of touching live or moving parts directly, measurements and/or tests on specific parts of the system concerning the risk of indirect contact and voltage losses, and preventive maintenance based on thermographic tests. You will receive a detailed written report of our findings and recommendations. The maintenance work carried out will be recorded in a management logbook.
